As part of our new #HybridWorking initiative, we are seeking Technical Recruiters to join our busy team and can be based remotely!

We are seeking people who have a hunter’s mentality, are not afraid to build relationships and network with the technical professional community. Your job is to support with all aspects of thorough background screening and pipelining of candidates for our global leading technology, pharmaceuticals, finance and fortune100 clients. Ideally someone with 360 recruitment experience and understanding of hiring temporary, contract and permanent candidates within Technology and Business Services.

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Dedicated, direct and hands-on resourcing, screening and delivery of all technology and business services vacancies including but not exclusive to:
    Project Management, DevOps, Developers, Architects, Business Change, Technology Change, Regulatory, Digital, Cloud, Business Support and Senior Management roles.
  • Resource, screen and submit CV’s to the account team – quality at speed.
  • Build relationships with candidates for referrals and continual good service.
  • Be aware of overall delivery against contractual Service Level Agreements.
  • Ensure the delivery of quality resources to meet both the cultural and ‘talent’ needs of customers.
  • Always uphold customer and Gibbs Hybrid values.
  • Ensure all search activity is being optimised effectively to meet targets, utilising appropriate search management, internal database, media and online advertising tools.
  • Utilise the full capabilities of the internal ATS to ensure the most effective candidate and client management process.
  • Adopt a strong knowledge of the market and strive for continuous improvement by continually reviewing market availability, legislation, changes to the public sector, methods of attraction, resourcing tools, etc.
  • Willingness to work outside of core hours to ensure delivery to the account team if necessary.

 

Experience Required

  • 2 years + previous experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, working IT / digital roles
  • Hunters mentality, not afraid to make calls, speak with potential candidates/clients and build relationships for future placements
  • Strong mindset with the ability to multi-task and outperform competitors.

  • Willingness to work outside of core hours to get the job done.
  • Previous experience in sourcing SC/DV cleared roles would be a bonus.
