We are excited to launch our new Dublin office to support new client opportunities. With the prospect of a potential win with a global pharmaceutical company, we require a strong Account Manager to oversee the implementation and inception of our new offices in Dublin.

This opportunity to set up the Temporary Staffing Requirements for blue collar workers who will become employees and payrolled via Gibbs.

Key duties:

  1. Develop an Account Plan
  2. Hire a team of Recruiters (Sales & Marketing, Engineering, IT, Automation, Finance, Clerical & Admin)
  3. Identify go to market strategy
  4. Understanding local laws, legislation, regulation and employment law
  5. Manage day to day operation/team
  6. Set up meeting with client and build strong relationships
  7. Work with L&D Manager to put together relevant training plan (understanding Gibbs culture, values, strategic account management)
  8. Produce weekly/monthly progress reports
  9. Develop MI and Reporting requirements per SLA
  10. Drive success and profitability

Summary of Key Responsibilities:

  • Know Your Customer – KYC – build an effective account plan with strategy to grow and develop the account
  • Know Your Competition – understand who you are competing against
  • Build speed and pace into your daily plan to ensure you meet quality at speed and get the best candidates for the requirements
  • Build relationships across HR, Resourcing and Line Management to secure trust with customer. Spend time on site getting to know the key business areas
  • Understand The Client mission, vision and growth plans
  • Building pipeline of CVs of prospective candidates in the client location area, Cruiserath, Ireland
  • Pipeline roles across Sales/Marketing, IT, Finance, Automation, Clerical/Admin – trawling job boards and exhausting all job board searches
  • Ability to multi-task and work ANY roles assigned
  • Strong mind-set, ability to take on any roles and work with resourcing team to deliver high calibre candidates
  • Build relationships with candidates to secure representation; Ability to cultivate and build relationships
  • To work in a timely, effective and professional capacity to manage resourcing activity and relationships
  • Utilise all the job boards and advertising effectively
  • Utilise BOND as full workflow end to end. Mandatory.
  • Add value to the resourcing process by working in a candidate and customer driven manner
  • Uphold Gibbs core values in the marketplace

Experience Required:

  • Good attitude, willing to role sleeves up and work hard/long hours
  • Great customer service skills, great telephone manner and solid at keeping in touch/relationship building
  • Strong sales skills and ability to cultivate and build relationships
  • Hunter mentality, strong follow up skills
  • Consultative in nature, personable and approachable
  • Stewardship, Team player
  • Will work outside of core hours to help build a successful Dublin operation
