We are excited to launch our new Gdansk Poland office to support new client opportunities. With the prospect of a potential win, we require a strong HR Advisor to guide us on Employment, Contract, Recruitment, Comp & Benefits Law and Policy.

This opportunity to set up the HR function across Poland.

Key duties:

  1. Partner with the business to provide expertise and HR support to stakeholders
  2. Support with various HR business related projects
  3. Guide on local market rates, build market rate intelligence reports, pay rate guidance for temp staff workers
  4. Identify 2nd tier suppliers to support with hiring of temporary staff
  5. Manage recruitment process of internal Gibbs employees
  6. Provide HR advice to managers and employees on employee relation issues
  7. Develop policy and procedures in line with current legislative requirements
  8. Work with HR Business Partner to roll out key HR programmes such appraisals, reviews, 1:1’s
  9. Ensure all HR systems are adequately maintained to ensure high level of data integrity
  10. Assist with provision of management metrics report (absence, staff turnover etc)
  11. Work with payroll and finance to ensure the management of temp workers and payroll provider are in tact
  12. Work with L&D Manager on training initiatives and ensuring Gibbs culture is maintained
