As we continue to expand and win new clients we are now recruiting for an Account Resourcing Manager to focus and manage the relationship and resourcing requirements for a major global technology corporation.

Role & Responsibilities

• Dedicated management of resourcing requirements and to be responsible for direct/hands on resourcing of all related vacancies
• Be able to resource, screen and submit CV’s to customers – quality at speed
• Travel to customer site regularly to maintain key relationships with Resource Partners and on-site consultants
•Account Development and growing the account
• Ability to work any role across any vertical sector
• Work closely with Contractor Care to ensure any post placement requirements and communications back to the customer
are managed in a strategic and timely manner
• Strong mind-set and ability to multi-task/get the job done/outperform competitors
• Build relationships with customer and placed candidates for referrals and continual good service
• Responsible for overall delivery against contractual Service Level Agreements with our client
• Ensure the delivery of quality resources to meet both the cultural and ‘talent’ needs of customers
• Uphold customer and Gibbs Hybrid values at all times
• Willingness to work out of core hours (evenings/weekends) to ensure delivery to customer if necessary
• Ensure all search and media activity is being optimised effectively to meet targets, utilising relevant search management, internal database and online advertising technologies
• Support our overall objectives and targets through flexibility and focused delivery
• Attend internal/external meetings at short notice with prospect of overnight stay as and when necessary in order to develop and grow the account

Key Responsibilities

• Utilise the full capabilities of the internal Database System to ensure most effective candidate and client management process
• Adopt a ‘mindset’ of continuous improvement by continually reviewing market availability, legislation, methods of attraction, resourcing tools, etc
• Add value to the resourcing process by working in a consultative and customer service driven manner
• Provide a weekly summary of activities, meetings, outcomes, issues, and next plans
• Meet SLA targets and be consistently at or exceeding target levels
• Available 24/7 to customer/candidates
