Business Change Lead – 12 months FTC – £70-80K – December start

My client based near Bristol requires a Business Change Lead to join on an initial 12 months FTC contract paying up to £80K. You must be available to start immediately (December).

You must have proven experience of supporting people through the process of change, and help transition to better ways of working, using consistent standards and tools for change management.

Responsibilities:
*Build stakeholder relationships
*Analyse the impacts of the change on various groups within the company
*Develop plans that enable the project to overcome resistance and sustain the change
*Consistently ensure that change activities are progressing in alignment with the company’s vision

Skills/Experience Required:
*Good interpersonal skills
*Ability to influence and engage people at all levels within the business
*Excellent written and oral communication
*Ability to multi-task and prioritise
*Any relevant change management qualifications
