Risk Assessment Administrator – PAYE – Wales

Gibbs Hybrid are looking for an experienced Risk Assessment Administrator to support a client onsite in Wales. This is a full-time onsite role and will involve a review of risk controls and the completion of a number of Risk Assessments. The Risk Assessment administrator should be able to communicate well with the team onsite and take responsibility for identifying risks and issues with regards to health and safety onsite. You will be expected to develop and manage the Risk Assessment Program
* Undertake Risk Assessments onsite.
* Task level risk assessment and look at how the tasks are undertaken.
* Document and review the risk control measures.

Essential:

* Level 3 Health and Safety / H&S – IOSH or SMSTS
* Good experience of performing review and management of risk assessments.
* Machinery risk assessments
* Risk and controls
* Be able to liaise effectively with onsite staff about risk, issues and hazards
* Develop technical documentation /SOP/Standard operating procedures
* Manufacturing or Food Manufacturing knowledge and background, beneficial
* Power BI, helpful
* MS Excel is essential, especially the ability to do VLOOKUPS.
