ServiceNow Project Manager/PM

Contract – ServiceNow Project Manager/PM – Hybrid/London/Edinburgh – 6 months – Outside IR35

I am representing for one of our financial service customers who are looking for a ServiceNow Project Manager/PM.

* Role: ServiceNow Project Manager/PM
* Location: Hybrid/London/Edinburgh (up to 2 days a week in the office)
* Job type: Contract – Outside IR35 through your limited company
* Duration: 6 months

* Experience in the UK banking/Financial services industry
* Proven working experience in project management, specifically in ServiceNow implementations.
* Certification in ServiceNow Administration; ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification is a plus.
* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including CMDB and integrations.
* Proven track record in delivering IT projects within scope, time, and cost.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Excellent problem-solving capacity.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
