Demand for Europe’s tech talent drive growth for UK companies
Booming demand for digital talent saw multinational companies increasingly look to mainland Europe for people and process support over the past year. UK companies providing talent and technology services have been able to benefit from this demand.
UK professional services firm Gibbs Hybrid achieved a 23% year-on-year increase in revenue, reaching a total of $102million.
Gibbs Hybrid attributes these exceptional figures to strong demand for their services in Europe. The company launched in Dublin, Ireland & Gdansk, Poland in 2017 and will launch their Luxemburg operations at the end of Q1 2018.
Gibbs Hybrid’s decision to open up operations in these regions is part of its strategy to become an extension of client operations by delivering talent -analytics & optimisation, programme technology solutions and process outsourcing services.
